Tip 1 - Reviews Reviews Reviews. They are free and the major search engines are including them more prevalently now than ever before. Best of all, it inspires confidence in your product or service. Most people will read a review or two before contacting you for the first time. I know I always take a look at reviews first. Incentivize your clients to leave a review! Make it easy and send them a link to a review site such as Insider Pages or Yelp. It may take them a few minutes, but stress to them how important it is to you and if you provided them quality service / product, most people are happy to oblige.

You may get a review that is not so favorable and may not even be true, but it is important to respond to any negative reviews in a positive manner. This keeps you in control and helps minimizes any damage done.
